We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). If you visit from the European Union, we also apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect the data you give us and the minimum technical data needed to run the site.

  • To prepare a reservation or a purchase with a developer when you ask us to.

We rely on the following legal bases under the PDPL and, where it applies, the GDPR:

  • Consent: for the newsletter, and when you tick the consent box on the enquiry form. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Steps before a contract: when you ask us about a unit or ask us to reserve one.
  • Legitimate interests: to run and secure the website and to keep a record of our exchanges with you.
  • Legal obligations: for example the anti-money laundering and know-your-customer rules that apply to real estate transactions in the UAE.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
